Jerry has worked in the Vail Valley real estate business since 1979. For 22 years, he worked out of the Bridge Street office of Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate. For the last several years, Jerry has been the co-listing broker at Red Sky Ranch and Golf Club in Wolcott, CO. Originally, Jerry managed and sold hotels, commercial office and retail buildings across the state of Colorado, along with many homes and condominiums in the Vail area. After 1994 he became more involved in the sale of residential real estate. In 2000 he received the "Top Producer" award for the Vail Village office, as well as the prestigious Eagle award - a Slifer Smith & Frampton award recognizing consistently high producers.
